Lawyers for the mother of T.I.’s sons say the rapper owes an $8,000 attorney bill in a custody case.
T.I. is scheduled to appear in Fulton County Superior Court on the matter Tuesday.
The two-time Grammy winner was ordered in September to pay more than $3,000 a month to LaShon Dixon — to whom he had been paying about $2,000 per month — as well as the boys’ private school tuition, uninsured medical bills and expenses related to the children’s extracurricular activities.
The court ordered T.I. to pay the attorney fees by Nov. 19, said Dixon’s attorney, Randy Kessler.
T.I. and Dixon are still negotiating child support and custody of the boys, ages 7 and 8. He also has two sons with his fiancee, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, of the defunct R&B group Xscape.

T.I.’s new “Swing Ya Rag” video has been shot but won’t ever be shown on BET or MTV.
The video was shot many weeks ago, but Gucci and Louis Vuitton didn’t want their products in the video. What a smack in the face.
I thought it was stupid from moment one for T.I. to do a song promoting brands that he has no stock or interest in. I think its stupid for any of these artist in this day and age to promote these huge, high priced items that most of their supporter’s can’t afford or pronounce. T. I. totally took the adult road and the business professional route. He laughed, plugged his new clothing label and said he aint thinking about that stuff.

T.I. has a new record thats been leaked to the public. He isn’t happy about it because he had a plan to release the song out so it could get as big as possible. That didn’t happy but the song has some major guest appearances and should grow based on those alone.
