Kerry Washington was at a luncheon in Beverly Hills looking pretty spectacular.

And last but not least, Rihanna was out in New York City helping her publicist, Jenn celebrate her birthday. She’s giving back to the chick who hasn’t had any sleep since her and Chris Brown’s fight.
