Lil Wayne is a new father today. A lady, identity not yet revealed has given birth Lil Wayne’s first son, Dwayne Carter III. The little boy was born in Cincinnati, Ohio at Christ Hospital. Christ Hospital is in Mt. Auburn and is a private hospital in the middle of the hood. Did Wayne knock up some random chick from the Nati? Worst part of it is, he’s still going to marry Nivea.

The mother of Lil Wayne’s newborn son is a 22 year old University of Cincinnati student named Sara. The two met about three years ago and she’s been going with him off and on to tour dates ever since. She is supposed to have a tattoo of Mrs. Carter on her chest and Weezy on her back. There will be a DNA test he’s high but not stupid!
