Kanye West has a court hearing in Los Angeles Monday stemming from his incident with a photographer last year. Kanye probably won’t be there because he’s not required to be. He is charged with three misdemeanors from smashing a photographers camera and flash.

Kanye West arraignment on vandalism, battery and grand theft charges, have been postponed until May 20. His lawyers requested the delay, his original court date was supposed to be April 13.
