Crazy Juanita Bynum is still not playing by the rules
Juanita Bynum has failed to pay another obligation. This time its her divorce settlement.
A lawyer for Bishop Thomas Weeks III says she missed her first payment which was due in July. The payment was $10,000, the first of four payments totaling $40,000 for attorney fees. Kessler (Weeks attorney) said his firm filed the contempt motion Monday afternoon. If she fails to comply she could get jail time or a fine. Bynum also didn’t transfer the title of a 2004 Land Rover to Weeks or make arrangements to pick up her personal belongings as agreed.
“We are going to ask the court to make her do it even if that mandates putting her in jail,” Kessler said.
