A pastor led a prayer and then Mariah Carey came out and sang I’ll Be There. Next Queen Latifah came out and spoke about her memories of and with Michael Jackson. Lionel Richie followed Latifah singing Jesus is Love. Berry Gordy had words next. “He raised the bar and then broke the bar.” He said Michael was like a son to him.

Stevie Wonder came next, sat down at the piano and stated how much he loved Michael and didn’t want to see this day come. He performed and then Magic Johnson came out with Kobe Bryant. Magic told a story about being in the Remember the Times video.

Michael asked to meet with him, the chef asked Magic what he wanted to eat, Magic said grilled chicken and the chef brought him grilled chicken and a bucket of KFC for Michael. Magic said that was the greatest moment of his life. He couldn’t believe Mike ate Kentucky Fried Chicken. LOL. That is funny.
