Cops tried to get Paul Pierce for a DUI but they couldn’t. They made him take two take two field sobriety tests and a breathalyzer because they said they smelled alcohol on his breath. Pierce still didn’t blow more than .08 which means your impaired. He was pulled over in Las Vegas at 3:30 this morning after he was said to be “driving erratically.” Pierce was driving his white BMW and he made an illegal lane change without signaling. He’ll get a ticket but no jail time.

Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane real name Radric Davis, is locked up this morning in Henry County, Georgia. He was arrested and taken into custody after being pulled over on a routine traffic stop. So far he is being held on DUI, firearm and drug charges. He’s a convicted felon so the firearm charges could get his ass some serious time. He’s supposed to appear in court today.

Khloe was arrested for a DUI and she recieved probation. She violated that probation and as a result was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Khloe will surrender Friday. Kim Kardashian had this to say on her blog about her little sister:
“Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved. “I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly and it’s never acceptable to drink and drive!”
