Rapper Webbie, 23, was arrested on September 14 and charged with felony eluding after leading police on a dangerous high-speed chase through Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Police reports reveal that officers attempted to stop a 2009 Dodge Challenger for a routine traffic stop last Sunday on I-59 North at 3:30pm.
