She’s expected to say that Kelly thru an aide of his paid for the sex tape she had in her possession and they wanted her to take a lie detector test. Now comes the new surprise witness for his 15 minutes of fame. His name is Damon Pryor and he has a baby with and was Lisa Van Allen ex boyfriend. He wants to testify but not give his social security number.

How did he think he can come and put his self in the middle of such a high profile case and not positively i.d. himself. Idiot! This is the witness that caused court to end abruptly yesterday. The defense hopes he will be able to stop the Atlanta witness who has damaging testimony against ole dirty butt (R. Kelly)
The witness was questioned by prosecutor Robert Heilingoetter this morning and Kelly’s lawyers last night.The prosecutor told the Judge Gaughan that he needed more time to finish questioning the man. The witness refused to give prosecutors his social security number Heilingoetter said. Without it, the state can’t confirm that he is who he says he is. Why is he resistant, what does he have to hide, a criminal past maybe?????Judge Gaughan told Heilingoetter, “If he doesn’t give you his social security number, he’s going to be in major trouble. All right?”
Kelly’s attorneys have tried for two months to keep this girl from Atlanta off the witness stand out of fear of what she knows and will swear to.She is expected to testify that he paid her not to testify and that she had three way sex with Kelly and the then minor child. Twice already this week she has been due to testify, only to see her testimony delayed by defense motions.
