Chris Rock appeared on Oprah Winfrey’s show yesterday afternoon to promote his upcoming documentary, Good Hair. Solange was also a guest because she recently liberated herself of hair stress by shaving her head.

Solange haircut is starting to look like normal bizness now. I guess the fact that she’s grooming it, greasing it and slicking it down has a lot to do with it. Oh let’s not forget makeup, that always helps. The first time we saw her she was looking like this, member?

Here Solange is at a Samantha Thavasa press event in Japan with big sister Beyonce. She tried to dress the old baldie up. Does it look better to you? I know its a nightmare to anybody paying her to advertise their products. Contracts, especially tv contracts for actors/actresses have clauses that don’t permit the stars to cut or change their hair. This is an example of why they do it. I hire you one way, that’s the look I want. If you change your appearance, it might not help or benefit my brand.

Solange is definitely her own person. She has always had her own unique style whether you like it or not. I don’t like her hair, nothing about it. But…..I do respect the girl. She marches by the beat of her own drum.

Solange goes bald, well close to it! She talked about this on Twitter a couple weeks ago. She was tired of having hair, tired of dealing with it. She was looking for pictures of when she shaved it all off before as a teenager. I guess she decided to do away with the hair. And at the same time, she showed Lala, Teyana Taylor and Cassie what shaving your head is really about. She’s brave! I give her that
