An Ohio coroner has ruled that the death of 39 year old R&B singer Sean Levert in a Cleveland jail was due to natural causes even though he was restrained at the time of his death. Levert suffered from several different aliments that include heart disease and high blood sugar.

R.Kelly’s defense is based on if he has a mole or not.
Tuesday was the first day of testimony, jurors saw police photos that revealed a dark, caterpillar-shaped mole in the middle of Kelly’s lower back. But defense lawyer Sam Adam Jr. told jurors the sex videotape at the center of the case shows a man without a mole.
“Robert Kelly is not on that tape,” Adam said in his opening statement. On the tape, the man’s “back is illuminated, and there is no mole.”
“This case is about child pornography that was created, staged, produced and starred in by Robert Kelly,” said Assistant State’s Attorney Shauna Boliker.
“It will unfold before you, frame by disgusting frame.”

Adam (the defense) outlined a strategy that it’s not Robert Kelly on the tape, and that the girl is not who prosecutors say she is.
The defense asked why the girl isn’t testifying for the prosecution? It’s pretty clear…$$$$$$$$$ I heard rumors that the girls father has an expensive ride, bought and paid for by Kelly. Who’s to say what else is promised or has been paid to the family.
Adam called the alleged victim “a wonderful person,” and noted the girl on the tape receives money. “The woman on that tape, paid with money — she is a prostitute,” Adam said.
Adam also said the alleged victim’s mother will not testify for the prosecution. Again, $$$$$$$. The girl herself could testify for the defense, court documents show.
QUESTION: How would the defense know the girl in the tape is a prostitute if it’s not R.Kelly in the tape?

Rihanna is about to have her 1st big screen debut in the new movie, Mama Black Widow. The singer will be starring alongside Mos Def, Macy Gray, Anthony Anderson and Kerry Washington in the movie, that follows one family from the red dirt of a racially divided Mississippi to the ghetto of Chicago in the 1930s. Sounds like a strange movie and role for Rihanna. She will play a character named Carol, the sister of main character Otis Tilson played by Stomp The Yard actor Brian J. White.
The story centers around Tilson, who struggles to maintain his family in the underworld of Chicago, wading through alcoholism, pimping, sexual deviation and racial degradation.
The movie is currently in production with no in-theater date set as of yet.
