Shaquille O’Neal’s wife Shaunie has abruptly flown to Los Angeles and filed a petition for legal separation in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Filing for separation is the first step because she’s expected to file for divorce. Rumors have been swirling that Shaq was the one messing around this time. Shaunie, the kids and Shaq all live in Florida but ex-wives or potential exes know California is a goldmine when it comes to divorce settlements. Shaunie filed legal papers on November 9 and lists “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for separation. (more…)

They were spotted outside Barney’s in NYC. The two of them getting back together proves that if you work at your marriage and love each other, you can still work things out no matter how bad they look. They have also withdrawn their petitions for divorce. Now all that being said, what the hell does Shaq have on his head, he’s such a clown….in a good way. LOL

Shaquille O’Neal has been ordered to stay away from an Atlanta woman who took out a restraining order Thursday. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Richard Hicks granted Alexis Miller’s request Thursday after hearing allegations that Shaq stalked her, threatened her with bodily harm and made harassing phone calls in which he breathed heavily into the phone before hanging up.
Miller is a 23-year old rapper that no one has ever heard of. She raps under the name Maryjane. Anyway she says she was intimately involved with Shaq and she ended the relationship last month.(Yeah ok she ended it) She says afterwards he began threatening to pay performers $50,000 each not to work with her. Her lawyer, L. David Wolfe said Miller had known the NBA star for about a year and a half, and that the two became intimate over the past six to eight months. The court affidavit quotes an e-mail from O’Neal as saying, “I dnt no who the [expletive] u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is I gotta make now try me. Sho me.” Both parties are scheduled to appear before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Karen Woodson on Sept. 4 to determine whether the restrictions should remain. Shaq and his wife Shaunie’s divorce petition was dismissed yesterday. Just a side not….does Shaq have to pay someone $50k not to work with someone nobody has ever heard of and if thats all that it takes to get a restraining order, I’m sure mostly everyone living in America with cell phones can now take out about about 3 or 4.
