    A rep for the R&B star has vehemently denied a National Enquirer report that Kelly’s home had been searched by Chicago-area police as part of their hunt for a missing 17-year-old girl.

    “A wildly exaggerated and inaccurate report has been circulating on the Internet that Olympia Fields police showed up at R. Kelly’s house with a search warrant just before the singer left for his three-week concert tour in Africa last month and then searched the place looking for a missing 17-year-old girl,” rep Allan Mayer said in a statement.

    “This is completely false. No police ever showed up at Kelly’s house with a search warrant nor was his house ever searched. It is also not true, as the unsubstantiated report claimed, that any such girl ever stayed overnight in Kelly’s house or that she had been there but left shortly before some mythical police search.”
    Meanwhile, the teen has since been located and the Olympia Fields Police Department says that it has been fielding calls for three days about the bogus story.

    Kelly is not involved in any investigation, authorities said.

    R. Kelly, the same man who expresses all of his nasty thoughts and fantasies about sex and women in his music, didn’t want to express any of those sentiments in court. He told the judge that he didn’t want to testify in his case. That’s his right under the law and I didn’t expect anything different from ole dirty butt. The defense has rested their case and prosecutors will be calling two rebuttal witnesses. Closing arguments are coming Thursday and the judge ruled that jurors can view the sex tape during deliberations. Not a good look for R. Kelly because all y’all nasty people that watched the tape said it was definitely him.

    The prosecutions star witness Lisa Van Allen says that R. Kelly’s accountant paid her and a Kansas man $20,000 each to return a videotape of Kelly participating in a threesome with her and the alleged victim. She received the payment in March 2007. She was offered $250,000 but only $40k was paid by Robert Kelly’s business manager Derrel McDavid.
    The Sun-Times broke the story about the pay off and Kelly’s attorney paid Lisa Van Allen a visit. Under questioning from Adam Sr.(Kelly’s lawyer), Van Allen repeatedly denied that Brown had tried to extort cash from Adam Jr. at that meeting.
    She also denied that Brown had boasted that he and Van Allen had been offered a $300,000 book deal. THE STATE RESTED IT’S CASE AND THE DEFENSE WILL START ON WEDNESDAY!!!!

    Lisa Van Allen has just delivered one hell of a blow to R. Kelly’s defense. She testified “we had three-way sex on R. Kelly’s basketball court.”
    Van Allen said she had met R. Kelly at the video shoot for “Home Alone,” in which she appeared, in late 1997 or early 1998 at the age of 17. Kelly’s cousin, “Blacky” invited her back to Kelly’s trailer where they talked and then had sex.
    The two exchanged numbers and Van Allen soon started going back and forth to Chicago where she would eventually move. She stayed in hotels and spent most of her time in the studio with him. Van Allen said she went on tour with Kelly and was picked out of the crowd at the end of each show to perform simulated sex with him on stage at each show’s finale.
    The first time:Van Allen testified that in late 1998 Kelly took her to his former home on the North Side of Chicago, where she met the alleged victim in this case for the first time. Kelly taped them while they had three-way sex in his “log-cabin” room, she said. That’s the same room he’s alleged to have filmed the tape in this case. Kelly told her the alleged victim was 16, she said.
    The second time followed an awards ceremony in Chicago. Van Allen, Kelly and the alleged victim in this case again had videotaped three-way sex. This time they had sex on Kelly’s basketball court.
    “He took up his camera and we took off our clothes and we all had sex again,” she said. Van Allen said Kelly stopped the sex session after she broke down crying. “I didn’t want to do it,” she said.
    The third time in 2000, Kelly, Van Allen and the alleged victim had sex again in his trailer at the video shoot for “Woman’s Threat,” Van Allen said. Kelly and the alleged victim ran naked to hide after somebody knocked on the door and disturbed them, she said. Van Allen said Kelly carried a “duffel bag” with his home-made porn it wherever he went.
    “He carried it everywhere,” she said. “If we was at the studio, it was in the studio with him; if he was at Hoops (his gym) it would be at Hoops with him…the bag would follow him.”
    Van Allen confessed she had stolen R. Kelly’s Rolex watch from a Georgia hotel in 2001. She said she had been granted state and federal immunity from prosecution for child porn in return for her testimony.

    Grant Fredericks took the court through the sex tape, frame by frame and Robert Kelly looked real worried. He slowly took them through the tape to prove how and why it was genuine and not fabricated. More damaging to the defense was that Fredericks took the images of the man on the tape and the room featured on the tape and matched them to Kelly and his former home.
    The defense pretty much took the Johnny Cochran playbook and said if you don’t see the mole on the mans back then it’s not R. Kelly. Who cares if it’s his house, if it looks like him, you don’t see the mole its not him! Well…………when the expert slowed the tape down and freeze framed it, what did you see? You guessed it, THE MOLE. Fredericks showed and had this to say about the spot on the male’s back “it’s in the exact same position, at about the same size,” while pointing to a video display.     The tape was not manipulated at all. “It’s simply not possible,” says the expert witness. So there goes the theory that somebody put R. Kelly’s body in a tape with somebody else and he wasn’t really there. “We don’t have the technology yet to fabricate the errors and the facial features and the motion and the light in this way, not like this.” The defense tried to get the two expert witness to say their was a possibility, leaving some reasonable doubt but they didn’t waver, they said the tape was original, it had been copied but not altered in any way. They compared the room, the wood the knots in the wood, to the way the room is now and said the location on the tape is R. Kelly’s house without a doubt.

The defense hopes he will be able to stop the Atlanta witness who has damaging testimony against ole dirty butt (R. Kelly)
    The witness was questioned by prosecutor Robert Heilingoetter this morning and Kelly’s lawyers last night.The prosecutor told the Judge Gaughan that he needed more time to finish questioning the man. The witness refused to give prosecutors his social security number Heilingoetter said. Without it, the state can’t confirm that he is who he says he is. Why is he resistant, what does he have to hide, a criminal past maybe?????Judge Gaughan told Heilingoetter, “If he doesn’t give you his social security number, he’s going to be in major trouble. All right?”
    Kelly’s attorneys have tried for two months to keep this girl from Atlanta off the witness stand out of fear of what she knows and will swear to.She is expected to testify that he paid her not to testify and that she had three way sex with Kelly and the then minor child. Twice already this week she has been due to testify, only to see her testimony delayed by defense motions.

    The defense tried to disprove the mounting evidence by saying the alleged victim had braces and the girl on the tape didn’t. Tuesday another witness seemed to confuse the prosecution’s chronology by testifying the girl had braces on her teeth after the videotape was made.
    Tjada Burnett, a friend of the alleged victim’s family, said the alleged victim had braces after the time the sex tape was made.
    But defense lawyer Sam Adam Jr. showed jurors a photo of the alleged victim — looking younger than the one on the sex tape — wearing braces.
    Later Tuesday, prosecutors showed a 1998 music video featuring the alleged victim in which she has no braces. The girl appeared in the video while part of a singing group with other family members.

    R. Kelly’s former assistant Lindsey Perryman testified that the young girl who allegedly appears in a sex video with R. Kelly visited the R&B star’s recording studio regularly, did her homework there and once brought an overnight bag and pillo.Perryman worked for Kelly for about seven years and has no axes to grind. He helped advance her career and she expressed thanks. She didn’t even want to believe that this mess could be true but she had to face the facts when she saw the tapes.
    Perryman said the girl came to the studio after school and would do her homework there. She also said part of her job was to pick the girl up from school. She positively identified R.Kelly and the minor girl by saying the young girl had distinctive cheek bones,smile and voice.

    According to The Chicago Sun-Times, in day 2 of the Kelly child porn trial, Simha Jamison, 24, identified the girl on the tape as her childhood best friend at either 13 or 14 years-old and the man as R. Kelly.
    Jamison says she met Kelly through her friend at a gym called Hoops and was 12 at the time. The alleged victim was six months younger and already acquainted with the R&B singer, calling him “Godfather.”
    She testified that her and her friend frequented Kelly’s recording studio to hang out and he’d occasionally give her friend money, “depending on the situation and the reason she needed it – no less than a hundred, no more than $500.” The Chicago Tribune reported that Jamison said that if it was a weeknight, the pair would leave the studio together but on some weekends the girl would stay behind without her.
    In the actual sex tape, the male gives the female money during and after intercourse.
    Claiming to have first seen the sex tape while in high school, Jamison said, “I thought she [the girl on the tape] looked just like my best friend.” After viewing the tape today, she identified her friend and R. Kelly as the participants, explaining “I kind of know her like the back of my hand.”
    One factor Jamison says helped in identifying her friend was a “mullet” haircut, which she claims the two both got at 14. “We got our hair cut the same way together. It’s a mullet. Short at the top, long at the back,” she said.
    Jamison’s legal guardian, Peter Thomas, also testified that he viewed the videotape and that the girl in it was her childhood best friend.
    Thomas said, “She looks pretty young in that video,” and estimated her age at “somewhere around 14 and maybe 15 years old.” He added, “As she got older, she started to look more like a woman, and there, she looks like kind of a kid.”

    R.Kelly’s defense is based on if he has a mole or not.
    Tuesday was the first day of testimony, jurors saw police photos that revealed a dark, caterpillar-shaped mole in the middle of Kelly’s lower back. But defense lawyer Sam Adam Jr. told jurors the sex videotape at the center of the case shows a man without a mole.
    “Robert Kelly is not on that tape,” Adam said in his opening statement. On the tape, the man’s “back is illuminated, and there is no mole.”
    “This case is about child pornography that was created, staged, produced and starred in by Robert Kelly,” said Assistant State’s Attorney Shauna Boliker.
    “It will unfold before you, frame by disgusting frame.”

    Adam (the defense) outlined a strategy that it’s not Robert Kelly on the tape, and that the girl is not who prosecutors say she is.
    The defense asked why the girl isn’t testifying for the prosecution? It’s pretty clear…$$$$$$$$$ I heard rumors that the girls father has an expensive ride, bought and paid for by Kelly. Who’s to say what else is promised or has been paid to the family.
    Adam called the alleged victim “a wonderful person,” and noted the girl on the tape receives money. “The woman on that tape, paid with money — she is a prostitute,” Adam said.
    Adam also said the alleged victim’s mother will not testify for the prosecution. Again, $$$$$$$. The girl herself could testify for the defense, court documents show.
    QUESTION: How would the defense know the girl in the tape is a prostitute if it’s not R.Kelly in the tape?

    I don’t buy his music anymore, I wouldn’t allow him around my kids but right is right…right? The R. Kelly case is in the middle of jury selection. They have picked 3 jurors so far. The prosecution through out one black juror because she seemed star struck. She called R. Kelly “a musical genius” and a “pied piper.” When they asked her if she knew anything negative about Kelly, she said, “He and Jay-Z don’t get along.” A PIED PIPER is someone who stole children from a town by the way! Now compare that star struck juror to this juror that was selected, he’s a white business man and he doesn’t want to be a juror because he said it will all but destroy his career. The white juror said he believed R. Kelly was guilty and “I have two little kids,” “Child pornography is about as low as it gets.” He said he would give R.Kelly a fair trial though. My Question…if your life was on the line, would you want this person on your jury? He has already formed an opinion thats a negative one against R. Kelly. I don’t give a rats a$$ if he says I can give you a fair trial or not. If you can’t keep the star struck juror you shouldn’t be allowed to keep the one who has already formulated a negative opinion. Okay, got it off my chest.
