Sean “Diddy” Combs recently purchased a new 54-foot motor yacht for $33 million.
The yacht is named “The Maraya,” and it took three years to build. It has a party floor on the top deck complete with a bar, stage and projector screen.
Each deck comes with a private quarter behind sliding doors and a ten member staff maintains the ship.

I have many different opinions on 50 Cent, none of which are bad just my perception of him. Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is a smart, young, black, successful businessman. He is also at times arrogant and conceited but as Remy put it, he got a reason. We might not like the things that 50 says or the way he delivers his message at the time, but the message is usually based in the truth just delivered in a light that’s most favorable to 50.
50 found the clue to success early in his career with “How to Rob.” That’s when he learned that in order to be successful, you need to first make yourself relevant. He’s been thriving every since. His business moves and strategies have made him pretty damn rich. He has strategically branded and marketed himself in ways that were previously unfamiliar to Hip-Hop. He created another niche inside the mixtape game that took mixtapes as a whole to another level. Sh*t do you remember “Problem Child”? That was the first time I ever went out looking for a mixtape! That record was so hot, but I digress. He took the success in the mixtape market and planted it firmly into his first commercial release. The “Get Rich or Die Tryin” album started a new energy around Hip-Hop and it was highly anticipated as evidenced by the outstanding, record breaking album sales. Realistically 50 changed the bar for rappers with this album. The road to this wasn’t easy.

The house is a McMansion, has 15,0000 square feet on two acres and has been under construction for about 6 months, Remember Scarsdale is where they got their marriage license.

Oprah who is 54 years old is planning a 21 day vegan detox plan. She’ll be swearing off meat along with caffeine, sugar, gluten and alcohol. My question- why live, why get out of the bed? Just die now! Your going to be miserable, grumpy, frustrated and did I say miserable. She’s filthy rich and now she wants to feel poor all over again. No meat, no sugar, no caffeine thats a hood “we aint been to the store yet,” a hood, “we aint got no grocery money and I don’t get my stamps to next week” diet. She crazy!

“I don’t deny it (the wedding). I just don’t talk about it. We’ve never talked about us and it’s kind of protected our relationship. I think it’s kept us out of tabloid drama. A lot of actresses that have had successful relationships don’t talk about them, so neither do I.”

50 Cent is still in his deal with Interscope, but he’s always looking to make that money. According to the New York Post, the G-Unit boss wants to follow in the steps of fellow mogul Jay-Z, who recently struck a $150 million partnership with Live Nation. It has been reported that he might be in talks with NewsCorp and MySpace records to do just that but first he has two submit 2 more albums to Interscope.
He has that plan laid out. First it will be ‘Terminate on Sight’ by G-Unit on July 1. That’s the Same Day Nas’ Untitled album is set to drop. Sources close to 50 say he wants that second album, a solo project, out by fourth quarter, so he can wrap up his Interscope ties by the end of the year. 50 has been plotting this move for quite some while. He knew he’d soon be a free agent and he kept throwing it out there how big he wanted his next deal to be or else he’d be leaving Interscope. I wonder if they care? They made their money.
Interscope still has big cash potential left with the next two albums and we hear they have a first refusal option which means they don’t have to let him go to easily.
