Monica “Danger” Placed on Psychiatric Hold

Monica Danger who starred in the first season of VH1’s “For the Love of Ray J” — was taken in on a 5150 psychiatric hold earlier this month after an incident involving her newborn daughter.
Danger’s rep, who told us the reality star had some personal issues as a result of postpartum depression and spent a week in a psychiatric hospital in Northern California. We’re told people close to Danger became concerned when she suddenly shaved off her hair, Britney style, after an argument with her baby’s father.

But Danger’s rep tells us she’s now out of the hospital and doing “fine” adding, “At this time we ask all of Danger’s fans for support and prayer.”

This is the last thing Ms. Danger tweeted which said she was pregnant with her second child. Maybe thats why she went crazy cause she just had the first one……two three seconds ago.

I think it’s time for this reality tv stuff, especially on BET, to come to an end. It’s just ghetto mess dressed up. Tiny is all plastic and injected. The show is so scripted that its not even funny. Tiny and Toya, the two accents together, felt like fingernails on a chalk board. Oh, Tiny nor Toya don’t appear to be very smart, so every scene looked like it was pretty difficult and may have taken hours to tape. The whole let’s go get moma stuff was just ridiculous. Anything for some ratings….BET won with Frankie, so their thinking, lets put some more disfunctional family shyt on tv. Sigh.

The newest cast of Housewives is close-knit and includes friends, a pair of sisters — who married brothers! — and their sister-in-law. The show is set to premiere May 12 (11 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
From left to right the women are:
Jacqueline Laurita: A former cosmetologist, she is now a stay-at-home mom, but still loves to pamper herself. She has a teenage daughter from her previous marriage and a 6-year-old son with her husband Chris, who owns wholesale apparel businesses and is brother to Caroline and Dina.

Teresa Giudice: Born and raised in New Jersey, her husband Joe owns a successful construction company. Together they have three young daughters, who take up much of her time. A friend of Dina and Caroline, she also loves to shop, get spa treatments and spend time at her beach house on the Jersey Shore.

Danielle Staub: “You either love me or you hate me, there is no in between,” says the single mom of two daughters. She prides herself as one of the first female American Express Black card members in New Jersey. She is also active in her local parish and regularly attends mass. She and Jacqueline are friends.

Dina Manzo: Founder of the nonprofit Project Ladybug, which helps children with cancer, she’s also an interior designer, an event planner, mother and best friends with her sister Caroline. Her husband Tommy works with his brother (Caroline’s husband) at their family’s catering business.

Caroline Manzo: She’s a mother of three and own a real estate firm and a line of children’s accessories. Described as a “feisty spitfire,” she’s Dina’s sister and is on the board of Project Ladybug. She’s married to Albert Manzo, brother of Dina’s husband Tommy. Dina and Caroline’s brother is Jacqueline’s husband Chris.

I expected the Real Housewives of Atlanta to be hot….

When they announced the popular reality show was coming to Atlanta, I thought it would be great. I didn’t think they would be as embarrassing as they are nor as unattractive. Well…not unattractive, their not that ugly….. their just not that hot. I assumed the Atlanta housewives would represent the beauty in Atlanta instead they look like older women, wealthy housewives, made up to the tenth degree.
Even at the BET Awards they tried, boy did they try but they just look like middle aged, manicured, well groomed, made up….whatever you want to call it, housewives. I guess what I’m saying is, who cares if your middle aged, have a little money and are immature housewives? Their stories are not unique, come on, real estate….everybody in Atlanta does real estate. It would make a better show if they were sexy, wealthy, responsible, mature housewives all about business. Bravo could of done way better!
In all fairness, Lisa Wu Hartwell looks great in this picture, her dress is wonderful and she just might be an exception to all of the above. So far she’s seemed like a real business woman, getting it done.
Totally unrelated side note: Deshawn Snow’s son made a complete fool out of her on tv. His big ass sitting up throwing a tantrum about waiting for food and she couldn’t control him. I wanted to jump through the tv screen on his butt. Maybe she can hire someone to teach him manners and patience.

Real and Chance are two diva’s that don’t make me think one sexual thought. You might be a lesbian if your female and date one of them. They are not sexy, not masculine, not hot….nothing. The show titled, “The Single: Monica” will focus on her path to what she expects to be a hit on her new CD, “Lessons Learned.” It will debut on Peachtree TV in August.
“I really think this is going to be fun,” said Monica. “My main thing I hope to accomplish with this is, well, you know, I didn’t do things in my life in the order people may have felt I should have. But ultimately, I’ve found my balance. “I hope this show shows that.”
“It’s going to be a ride, I can tell you that. I’ll probably have a moment or two on there, but I’m more than comfortable with me. I’ve never really been secretive about my life and what I’ve gone through…So you know, people will see that I live the same type of life of many women with children. I don’t hire a car service when the kids need to go somewhere. There’s no nanny, no chef over here. I take care of home, and then might have to spend 14 hours in the studio. And people will see that.” I like Monica so this will be one I’ll watch.

Anyway, MTV is giving Lil Cliff Harris, the felon a reality show. It will air sometime in 2009. It’s going to cover him working on and releasing his latest album and I’m sure they’ll throw in all the wack rappers he’s gonna try and put out.
My question- Why does MTV feel the need to give a convicted felon a reality show. Their planning on putting him in the face of children everyday and for what? T.I. used to sell drugs, he raps about violence and drugs and just recently was busted for buying an arsenal of illegal weapons. He’s being rewarded for being an idiot. He has six children and now he’ll be leaving them for a bid in jail. I guess it makes for good television !

He feels for others who lost their homes but said it wasn’t an emotional process for him.
