I don’t buy his music anymore, I wouldn’t allow him around my kids but right is right…right? The R. Kelly case is in the middle of jury selection. They have picked 3 jurors so far. The prosecution through out one black juror because she seemed star struck. She called R. Kelly “a musical genius” and a “pied piper.” When they asked her if she knew anything negative about Kelly, she said, “He and Jay-Z don’t get along.” A PIED PIPER is someone who stole children from a town by the way! Now compare that star struck juror to this juror that was selected, he’s a white business man and he doesn’t want to be a juror because he said it will all but destroy his career. The white juror said he believed R. Kelly was guilty and “I have two little kids,” “Child pornography is about as low as it gets.” He said he would give R.Kelly a fair trial though. My Question…if your life was on the line, would you want this person on your jury? He has already formed an opinion thats a negative one against R. Kelly. I don’t give a rats a$$ if he says I can give you a fair trial or not. If you can’t keep the star struck juror you shouldn’t be allowed to keep the one who has already formulated a negative opinion. Robert Kelly’s lawyer has filed a motion today to delay the trial again…….You or I would not be able to drag out a child pornography case this long, hell he has to be setting some kind of record. The trial was supposed to start Friday. The judge has been keeping all the transcipts sealed and away from the media. This motion is being kept secret also, so it’s not clear why the request was made. But it comes as publicity surrounding the case heats up and some media speculate about who might testify. Dirty Butt!!

The Illinois Supreme Court has denied news organizations’ emergency motion requesting transcripts and sealed court records related to nasty, perverted R. Kelly’s pornography case. The court denied the motion and gave no comments about their decision. Mr.Disgusting’s trial starts on Friday. Dirty butt!

A new witness in the R. Kelly child pornography trial will be testifying that she had a three-way sexual encounter involving the R&B star and the alleged girl in the infamous sex tape. According to The Chicago Sun-Times, prosecutors are also claiming to have identified the girl in the video who is now 20 years-old. While the defense says the alleged girl identified will deny any involvement in the tape, prosecutors hope the new witness may link the mystery girl to Kelly. Jury selection for the long-delayed case is scheduled to begin Friday. Kelly’s lawyers are planning to argue — and the alleged victim will reportedly testify — that she is not the girl in the tape, according to the Sun-Times. But the new witness could weaken that defense, since she will identify the girl — and claim the girl was underage — sources reportedly told the paper.
