Despite rumors to the contrary, Nivea has not had her baby yet. She is still pregnant and she tweeted this message two days ago:
ok, I didn’t have my baby yet unfortunately! so far evrythng you’ve heard or read is false, sorry!
Then she followed that tweet up with this one yesterday:

Anyone who has ever been pregnant understands her last tweet. At the end of your pregnancy, doctors tell you to walk or have sex or be physically active to help bring that baby up outta you. LOL
Nivea wants this to happen already and I don’t blame her she’s on swole!

This is the controversial documentary that Lil Wayne tried to have shelved. He did the documentary without regard to his image or the final product. He later woke from his drug induced stupor to try and shut the whole project down. In the documentary Lil Wayne is using drugs and getting high which is why he didn’t want it to come out. He keeps the cups close and at one point he’s pouring the syrup into the white foam cup. Crazy.

Lil Wayne is being sued again. He got a shoutout in the liner notes of Lil Wayne’s “Like Father, Like Son” album, but a Florida man says the rapper owes him a lot more than that. Thomas Marasciullo claims in a federal lawsuit that the singer stole his voice and used it on two CDs.

Marasciullo said he recorded some “Italian-styled” spoken words for Cash Money Records in 2006 but was never paid or told how the recordings were to be used, a lawsuit filed yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court claims.

“Like Father, Like Son” came out in October 2006 with Marasciullo’s recordings on it, the suit says. In December 2007, Birdman and Lil Wayne released a CD again with Marasciullo’s voice, the lawsuit says. source

Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to attempted weapon possession charges today (October 22). He is expected to be sentenced to one year and serve approximately eight months of the sentence. Wayne is currently out on bail and he’ll be sentenced in February. He is still facing trial in Arizona for felony drug possession and weapon charges.

Lil Wayne will be forced to plead out to a jail term in New York City on Thursday, according to sources with AllHipHop.com. The rapper is expected to accept an 8-month bid in jail over his alleged involvement with a loaded .40-caliber pistol gun found on his tour bus in 2007 while in New York. The 27-year-old now faces 15 years in jail for each count of criminal weapons possession and criminal possession of a loaded weapon. “Wayne is going to plead guilty,” a source close to the case told AllHipHop.com, stressing that this was definitely going to happen.
The rapper pleaded not guilty at press time and has yet to make any such public declaration. “The date is coming up and he’s going to do it tomorrow.” Wayne is rumored to be willing to accept the deal to avoid a long term in jail over the gun. The same source said the term will begin in February of 2010 under the terms of the deal. “If he doesn’t plead, he goes to jail for a long time,” the source said. “They told him that if he doesn’t plead tomorrow, it will go to trial and then he faces a far longer jail term,” the source continued. A small amount of DNA may have changed the landscape of the case, according to a report by the Associated Press. There is a “minuscule” amount of the rapper’s DNA on the gun, reports say, and that has strengthened the case for the prosecution.

Lil Wayne has yet another child coming, from yet another woman. Fresh off a recent addition to his family — with actress Lauren London – the rapper revealed recently that he and R&B singer Nivea are expecting a child as well. In an interview with BBC’s Tim Westwood, Weezy confirmed rumors that he’d knocked up Nivea, and the couple were expecting a son. The child will be Lil Wayne’s third son in just over a year. However, he did not provide much info regarding the upcoming birth. But, during the interview, there was a little confusion about just exactly how many women the rapper has knocked up.

“Two girls pregnant at the same time?” Westwood said. “Congratulations.”

Wayne responded “Three,” according to MTV, before clarifying for Westwood, who thought he meant he’d gotten three women pregnant at the same time.

“I mean [I'll have] three sons,” Weezy explained.

While this is Weezy’s third son, it would be his fourth child. He has son with London, and another last year with an unidentified mother. He also has a daughter, named Reginae, with his ex-wife Antonia “Toya” Carter.

Nivea is also the ex-wife of singer The-Dream, and birth three of his children — a daughter in 2005, followed by twin boys in 2006. source

Lil Wayne has another child. This one was provided by actress Lauren London. She gave birth on September 9 to a baby boy weighing 7 pound, 12 ounce, 21 inches long. His name is Lennox Samuel Ari Carter. Lil’ Wayne was reportedly in the delivery room at Cedar Sanai hospital while she gave birth. Wonder if Nivea will out do her and give her baby five names?

Lil Wayne was to drunk to perform at the “Poppin Bottles” concert in the Bahamas last year so a promoter that hired him is suing. The lawsuit states Wayne was so drunk he slept through the show. The show was Sept. 27, 2008 at the Bristol Wine & Spirits Grounds in Nassau. “This was targeted as a showcase for Lil’ Wayne,” said Glenn Gitomer, a lawyer for the New Jersey promotions company. “Then police found him intoxicated in his hotel room.” The suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, charges that Lil’ Wayne was passed out and “unwilling to perform” after cops went in search of him at his hotel room. “It was a great expense just to accommodate him,” Gitomer said. source

Efforts to stop the inclusion and release of “private and sensitive” material for a documentary featuring Lil Wayne have been halted. On Friday (June 12), California Superior Court Judge Michael Mink denied the Cash Money Records rapper’s motion to prevent Digerati (QD3 Entertainment) from releasing a documentary titled The Carter in its entirety. Court records show Mink’s decision was based on the fact that evidence Wayne’s attorney’s used as the basis for the suit were not strong enough to justify the rapper’s allegations. At the center of the suit are claims that, “Lil Wayne’s reputation and the value of his identity can be diminished by an unauthorized use of his image and persona….that, in reality, does not meet with his approval and depicts him in a negative light and/or engaged in criminal conduct.”

The Carter was screened at the Sundance Film Festival to an enthusiastic reception, despite a request from Lil Wayne’s management to cut certain scenes that showed what the suit deemed as a “scandalous portrayal” of the rapper without his approval. source

An Arizona Superior Court judge ruled last Friday (May that cameras will not be allowed during the weapons trial of Grammy winner Lil Wayne. Judge Mark Wayne Reeves decreed that the press will be able to attend and report the trial proceedings. However, Reeves added that the rap superstar’s legal right to a fair trial was paramount, and the decision was made to prevent Wayne’s trial from degrading into a media circus. Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr, was arrested last year on January 28.

Border Patrol officials on Interstate 8 East allegedly discovered an ounce of cocaine, 41 grams of Ecstasy, and close to four ounces of marijuana from the rapper’s tour bus. Wayne was also originally booked on weapons charges, but was later cleared after the .40 caliber pistol was found to be registered under a Florida concealed weapons permit.

He was arguing that it was an illegal search but his personal assistant backed up the police officer’s claims. If the officer’s smell drugs, they had the right to board and search Wayne’s tour bus. Wayne’s assistant admitted that the rap star’s bus smelled of potent marijuana when cops pulled it over in July 2007.

A state court has refused to block the upcoming release of a new controversial documentary on Lil Wayne named The Carter. The film is being released by QD3 Entertainment, a company owned by producer Quincy Jones III, which has also released Hip-Hop themed titles like Thug Angel, The Freshest Kids, the Beef series and others. Lil Wayne filed a lawsuit against QD3 Entertainment, claiming the company reneged on a deal that would have allowed him to have approval over the films final cut. The rapper reportedly took issue with certain scenes displaying his drug use in the documentary, which follows him all over the country and to Amsterdam.

According to the lawsuit, Lil Wayne’s manager reviewed The Carter in December and requested that the scenes in question be removed. A second cut also failed to live to his manager’s expectations in January and the scenes in question were still in the film when it premiered during the Sundance Film Festival a few weeks later, prompting the lawsuit. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Mink denied a request for a preliminary injunction, paving for the way for QD3 to seed distribution for the project.

Lil’ Wayne has been cleared of charges in Georgia related to illegal possession of Hydrocodone, Xanax and weed police found in his hotel room. A judge ruled that officers conducted an illegal search. He’s not in the clear yet, just one less state with a few less charges. Wayne still has to appear in New York and Arizona court rooms for weapon possession and drug related charges.

Lil Wayne is a new father today. A lady, identity not yet revealed has given birth Lil Wayne’s first son, Dwayne Carter III. The little boy was born in Cincinnati, Ohio at Christ Hospital. Christ Hospital is in Mt. Auburn and is a private hospital in the middle of the hood. Did Wayne knock up some random chick from the Nati? Worst part of it is, he’s still going to marry Nivea.
Update: 7:22 a.m.
The mother of Lil Wayne’s newborn son is a 22 year old University of Cincinnati student named Sara. The two met about three years ago and she’s been going with him off and on to tour dates ever since. She is supposed to have a tattoo of Mrs. Carter on her chest and Weezy on her back. There will be a DNA test he’s high but not stupid!

He didn’t say who the mother was but we’re guessing its Nivea since the two have gotten back together and rumor has it that she’s pregnant. Nivea and Wayne seem to have something that another marriage, public relationships and other kids can’t break so more power to them and congrats! Now if he could only kick the drug addiction.

A stunned party guest says, “Lil Wayne was left speechless. He was almost in tears when he hugged his friend. I mean, who wouldn’t like $1 million as a birthday gift?” The Club Mansion bash was a lavish affair all round – one of the party’s main attractions was an ice sculpture full of frozen $100 bills.

Lil Wayne finally showed up at a pre-trial hearing on Monday in New York City. He was arrested in July 2007 after police searched his bus and found a .40-caliber pistol. He was charged with one count of criminal possession of a weapon. It appears that the officer may have searched his bus illegally.
An officer Diane Hornung testified that she smelled “marijuana and I saw someone peeking through the curtain (over one of the windows on the bus).” However, Lil Wayne’s lawyer Stacey Richman, got the officer to admit that she didn’t see anyone smoking marijuana when she went on the tour bus. Hence, illegal search!

Please allow me to dispel any rumors or speculations and report that my daughter is alive, healthy and surrounded by family who care and love her dearly. The rumors are completely false and unfounded; neither Reginae nor any other member of my family has been involved in any car accident. My family and I truly appreciate the concern and support shown to us.”

This is the second copyright infringement lawsuit filed since the release of this album. Wayne is being sued by the music publishing company that owns the rights to the Rolling Stones song “Play with Fire.” Abkco Music Inc. claims that Wayne released an alternate version of the song, that they’re calling “explicit, sexist and offensive” without permission. They’re suing for unspecified damages.

DJ Chuck T was on fire and apparently real sensitive about Lil Wayne’s diss to DJ’s. He wrote, “Lil’ Wayne said f*ck mixtape DJ’s…so now i’m about to show that boy the meaning of bootleg. I’ll be damned if I let [anyone] get away with saying f*ck me without him facing some type of repercussions, including Lil’ Wayne.”
Then he proceeded to provide Lil Waynes album for FREE via the internet.
He continues:”I see the b*tchassness of a lot of mixtape DJs right now,” Chuck said. “DJs love to talk sh*t about each other and bash each other for no reason, but are scared as hell to stand up for themselves when someone talks sh*t about the group as a collective. I figure I’ll do what I’ve been doing since day one and [stand] on my own.”
“I gave [Wayne] a pass when he kissed another man because that sh*t didn’t affect me,” he continued. “He’s not sliding on this one. Don’t buy the new Lil’ Wayne album. Download it for free!”
You know he later issued an (business) apology, what happened to your stand? “I would sincerely like to apologize to all my friends and business associates at Universal and Cash Money Records for any problems this may cause,” he explained. “If you never want to deal with me again then I totally understand. No hard feelings.”

Wayne is in talks to appear in The Fast and Furious 4. He let it slip during last week’s “BET Awards” press conference. The movie is scheduled to hit theatres in 2009 and stars the original Fast and The Furious cast; Paul Walker, Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez.
While Wayne is still in talks with the Fast and the Furious producers, he has secured a role in the upcoming Forest Whitaker film Patriots, which began filming in Wayne’s New Orleans hometown this month. The movie will also star rapper/actor Bow Wow and is set to open in theaters in November.

Usher is the opening act at the BET Awards
“I’m really excited that Usher is opening the show,” BET’s executive vice president Stephen Hill told Billboard. “I’ll give you a little tidbit – Lil’ Wayne is probably closing the show. So, we have a grand opening and grand closing.” Lil Wayne has 3 nominations for “Best Male Hip-Hop Artist;” the “Viewer’s Choice” award for his hit “Lollipop;” and “Best Collaboration” for DJ Khaled’s “I’m So Hood (Remix).” The award show is set to air on June 24.
