Despite rumors to the contrary, Nivea has not had her baby yet. She is still pregnant and she tweeted this message two days ago:
ok, I didn’t have my baby yet unfortunately! so far evrythng you’ve heard or read is false, sorry!
Then she followed that tweet up with this one yesterday:

Anyone who has ever been pregnant understands her last tweet. At the end of your pregnancy, doctors tell you to walk or have sex or be physically active to help bring that baby up outta you. LOL
Nivea wants this to happen already and I don’t blame her she’s on swole!

This is the controversial documentary that Lil Wayne tried to have shelved. He did the documentary without regard to his image or the final product. He later woke from his drug induced stupor to try and shut the whole project down. In the documentary Lil Wayne is using drugs and getting high which is why he didn’t want it to come out. He keeps the cups close and at one point he’s pouring the syrup into the white foam cup. Crazy.

Lil Wayne is being sued again. He got a shoutout in the liner notes of Lil Wayne’s “Like Father, Like Son” album, but a Florida man says the rapper owes him a lot more than that. Thomas Marasciullo claims in a federal lawsuit that the singer stole his voice and used it on two CDs.

Marasciullo said he recorded some “Italian-styled” spoken words for Cash Money Records in 2006 but was never paid or told how the recordings were to be used, a lawsuit filed yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court claims.

“Like Father, Like Son” came out in October 2006 with Marasciullo’s recordings on it, the suit says. In December 2007, Birdman and Lil Wayne released a CD again with Marasciullo’s voice, the lawsuit says. source

Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to attempted weapon possession charges today (October 22). He is expected to be sentenced to one year and serve approximately eight months of the sentence. Wayne is currently out on bail and he’ll be sentenced in February. He is still facing trial in Arizona for felony drug possession and weapon charges.

Lil Wayne will be forced to plead out to a jail term in New York City on Thursday, according to sources with AllHipHop.com. The rapper is expected to accept an 8-month bid in jail over his alleged involvement with a loaded .40-caliber pistol gun found on his tour bus in 2007 while in New York. The 27-year-old now faces 15 years in jail for each count of criminal weapons possession and criminal possession of a loaded weapon. “Wayne is going to plead guilty,” a source close to the case told AllHipHop.com, stressing that this was definitely going to happen. Lil Wayne has yet another child coming, from yet another woman. Fresh off a recent addition to his family — with actress Lauren London – the rapper revealed recently that he and R&B singer Nivea are expecting a child as well. In an interview with BBC’s Tim Westwood, Weezy confirmed rumors that he’d knocked up Nivea, and the couple were expecting a son. The child will be Lil Wayne’s third son in just over a year. However, he did not provide much info regarding the upcoming birth. But, during the interview, there was a little confusion about just exactly how many women the rapper has knocked up.

“Two girls pregnant at the same time?” Westwood said. “Congratulations.”

Wayne responded “Three,” according to MTV, before clarifying for Westwood, who thought he meant he’d gotten three women pregnant at the same time.

Lil Wayne turned 27 and he received several gifts including a diamond birthday cake, a million dollar Chopard watch and Baby tattoo’ed his birthdate on his arm in huge, bold, black numbers.

Baby gave Lil Wayne a million in cash last year for his 26th birthday so shouldn’t he had of upped the tally to like a million five or something???? LOL
