If Kelly Rowland appears to be skinny its because she is. Skinnier than usual that is. Ms. Kelly has a new diet.
I’m telling you, I’m not eating sugar. I didn’t even try to lose weight. I read this book, called You Are What You Eat. [The author, Gillian McKeith,] is talking about sugar, she’s talking about meat, she’s talking about cheese. I did some of those things for a month, but for the most part, it is just sugar that is gone from my diet.
I lost weight, probably almost 10 pounds. But 10 pounds did a lot. All of my friends are going, ‘Oh, I need you to eat a muffin.’ It’s more here, in the hip and [rear] area, but it’s definitely trimmed down since no sugar has taken place.
Kelly is also taking pole dancing lessons.
“Right now, I have a pole dance instructor in Miami and she teaches me a lot,” says Rowland. “You’d be surprised how hard those ladies work.”

LAURA DAWSON, an upcoming fashion designer has criticised KELLY ROWLAND after the singer borrowed a collection of expensive clothes and then allegedly failed to return them. Dawson claims she loaned several outfits to Rowland four weeks ago but has yet to have any of them back. Dawson also claims that all of her calls to Rowland’s representatives have gone unanswered and she is appealing to the star to return the key pieces.
She tells Britain’s Evening Standard newspaper, “It is really unfortunate that this has happened. I would otherwise have liked to continue to work with this particular client.” source
Personally I think 4 weeks isn’t even enough time to give Kelly to wear the pieces of clothing let alone enough time for her to start acting like Kelly is a thief. Dawson should hope that Kelly wears her pissy little pieces and shut up about it. LOL!

You know in the back o f 50’s head, he’s saying if I blow Kelly Rowland up and she starts doing good, I can take shots at Jay-Z and Beyonce. He’s crazy like that, anybody or anything qualifies as a weapon in his mind.
Kelly Rowland has joined 50 Cent as his leading lady in “Baby By Me” video. This is definitely a good business move for Kelly. Wonder why 50 chose her? I mean I like Kelly but he has a pool of any and everybody in the industry. 
Kelly Rowland’s career is on the rise and she’s embracing it and loving it. Mizz Kelly did an interview with USAToday.com here’s some of what she had to say:
“I feel empowered. Finally,” Rowland says with a laugh and a snap of her fingers. “When you don’t believe in yourself, you feel like you’re living in fear. You don’t give yourself the opportunity to believe that you can. And as much as you tell yourself you can’t do it, you end up not doing it. Me? I was complacent and comfortable where I was.”
On how her music is received:
“Here, sometimes it’s like my music didn’t quite work, but overseas it’s on top of everybody’s chart. I’ve had more international success than domestic success, and I think that opens my eyes up to music. I mean, I just got back from performing in Lebanon. Lebanon!” she says.
On Matthew Knowles:
This success comes on the heels of Rowland ending a longtime managerial relationship with Knowles’ father, Matthew. She says there’s no bad blood — Knowles is still one of her closest pals — but she was looking for a new direction. Read more
