Jim Jones has had some issues with Kanye West in the past. Specifically, when Kanye was rumored to have gotten upset because Jones and his Dipset brother Juelz Santana closed out the annual Summer Jam concert earlier this year.
While Jones, at the time, called West out for throwing tantrums, he says it’s was just jokes, and there is no serious issue with the producer. In fact, he says he needs a beat.

Kanye?! I like making jokes about him,” Jones responded when asked if he’d ever go at the Chicago superstar. But, Kanye is somebody you can just punch his chest, old-school style, cave his chest in and sh** like that. Like don’t ever, ever, ever talk about me again in your life! It’s just a joke to me. I’m just having fun. I heard him ranting and raving about my name and sh**. How would I look having an issue with Kanye?
“I’d love to work with him. I need a beat from him. I think that’s why I’m most mad. Matter fact, I’ma f*** you up if you don’t give me a beat,” Jones said while laughing.

Watch out because he’s yelling the whole statement. “HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED…WHEN I LEFT THE CLUB, I WAS ENCOUNTERED BY A THIRSTY PAPARAZZI AS USUAL. HE FELT HE HAD MORE RIGHTS TO MY SPACE THAN ME, SO I PUT MY HAND UP TO PREVENT HIM FROM TAKING MY IMAGE. I DIDN’T ASSAULT HIM BUT MERELY PUTTING MY HAND UP TO COVER HIS LENS. MY SECURITY YELLED, “GET THE CAMERA OFF HIM.” I GUESS IN ALL THE COMMOTION THE CAMERA SCRAPED HIS NOSE.

THREE HOURS LATER I GET A KNOCK AT MY HOTEL DOOR. THERE WERE FIVE POLICE OFFICERS IN FRONT OF MY ROOM AND I HAD NO IDEA WHY. I HAD MY SECURITY GO SPEAK WITH THEM. THE COPS WERE VERY CORDIAL BUT TOLD ME THEY HAD TO ARREST ME BECAUSE A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THAT WAS THE BOGUS PART. THEY PLACED ME IN HANDCUFFS AND DROVE ME TO THE STATION. THEY SPOKE ABOUT HOW THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY A PUBLICITY STUNT BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER BUT THEY STILL HAD TO GO THOUGH THE MOTIONS. WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE HOTEL THERE WERE PAPARAZZI HANGING OVER THE BRIDGE ABOVE THE HOTEL TRYING TO GET A SHOT OF ME GETTING OUT THE POLICE VAN. EVEN THOUGH I WASN’T CHARGED, THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. SURE ENOUGH THE NEXT MORNING, PLASTERED ACROSS EVERY MEDIA OUTLET… KANYE GETS ARRESTED. IT DIDN’T MATTER THAT I WASN’T CHARGED OR THE FACT THAT I HADN’T ASSAULTED ANYONE. ALL THAT MATTERED WAS THAT I WAS ARRESTED.”

IN OTHER KANYE NEWS: HE’S PISSED AGAIN AT MTV EUROPE. HERE’S WHAT HE HAD TO SAY: “I won nothing last year and I’d brought out Stronger. Then this year, just because I was there, I won best urban act. This was Lil Wayne’s year.”
He’s also pissed that Britney Spears and Jared Leto’s band 30 Seconds To Mars were handed honours.
“Britney Spears over Rihanna? Are you serious? I mean f**king Jared Leto? He’s my boy but he shouldn’t have won over some of those other artists.”

Los Angeles County prosecutors say they have decided not to file felony charges against Kanye West and his manager over an incident in which a paparazzo’s camera was broken.
Los Angeles County District Attorney’s spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons says prosecutors referred the case to city attorneys, who will decide whether to charge West with a misdemeanor.

“I CHANGED MY ALBUM TO NOVEMBER SOMETHING CAUSE I FINISHED THE ALBUM AND I FELT LIKE IT.. I WANT YALL TO HEAR IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.” That’s what he wrote on his blog. This 4th quarter madness is crazy. Everybodies tossing out albums left and right. Kanye obviously feels strong about his music, as he always does.

Laughs and tells him “don’t pick up the soap” but he ends the video by saying Kanye will be alright. This seemed to be the first Dame had heard of the Kanye arrest.
