McCain says he’ll whip Obama’s you know what…

What day and time does McCain really think it is? At first he wouldn’t look at Barack Obama, then he didn’t want to shake his hand, he referred to him as “that one” and now McCain is saying he’ll “whip Obama’s you know what.” A white man in 2008 talking at a press conference saying he’ll whip Obama’s ass. What the hell is wrong with McCain? He’s trying to unleash the racial tension that he knows exist in a bunch of voters. They haven’t been given an outlet to spew racist comments so McCain is going to oblige them. Everyday I’m amazed at the new lengths McCain will go to.

McCain can’t hide his disdain for Obama

This man can’t even be cordial before, during or after a debate with a fellow American. He didn’t want to shake Obama’s hand, calls him that guy and wouldn’t look at him throughout the whole debate. How can he interact with other nations and their leaders? Bombing isn’t the answer to everything McCain. I heard that a reporter in Arizona wrote about something McCain said and McCain didn’t speak to him for ten years. Our military is already in overdrive because of this war in Iraq we shouldn’t be fighting. I don’t trust McCain or his erratic behavior and judgment. You can’t solve everything being stubborn, impulsive and stuck in your old senior citizen ass ways!

John McCain stuck in his ways…still doing the same old crap 20 years later

The current economic crisis demands that we understand John McCain’s attitudes about economic oversight and corporate influence in federal regulation. Nothing illustrates the danger of his approach more clearly than his central role in the savings and loan scandal of the late ’80s and early ’90s.

John McCain was accused of improperly aiding his political patron, Charles Keating, chairman of the Lincoln Savings and Loan Association. The bipartisan Senate Ethics Committee launched investigations and formally reprimanded Senator McCain for his role in the scandal — the first such Senator to receive a major party nomination for president.

At the heart of the scandal was Keating’s Lincoln Savings and Loan Association, which took advantage of deregulation in the 1980s to make risky investments with its depositors’ money. McCain intervened on behalf of Charles Keating with federal regulators tasked with preventing banking fraud, and championed legislation to delay regulation of the savings and loan industry — actions that allowed Keating to continue his fraud at an incredible cost to taxpayers.

When the savings and loan industry collapsed, Keating’s failed company put taxpayers on the hook for $3.4 billion and more than 20,000 Americans lost their savings. John McCain was reprimanded by the bipartisan Senate Ethics Committee, but the ultimate cost of the crisis to American taxpayers reached more than $120 billion.
The Keating scandal is eerily similar to today’s credit crisis, where a lack of regulation and cozy relationships between the financial industry and Congress has allowed banks to make risky loans and profit by bending the rules. And in both cases, John McCain’s judgment and values have placed him on the wrong side of history.

Well isn’t that exactly what John McCain is doing? He’s dropping the ball for the debate running to Washington. Stating that the economic crisis is more important and has to be solved. The only problem is when he got to Washington he didn’t do a thing. He doesn’t make his views clear and he assisted in splitting the republicans up. Who should republicans leaders support, the current president or the guy who could be president? Now today, the day of the debate, he still won’t commit. I could understand if he was doing anything other than politicizing this crisis. Talk about cut and run. McCain is the new specialist!

McCain still backing out of debate

Republicans and Democrats agreed to a $700 billion bailout of the financial industry today but even that agreement didn’t persuade John McCain to continue with the presidential debate.
His campaign has said he wouldn’t participate unless there was consensus between Congress and the administration, and a spokesman said the afternoon developments had not changed his plans.
“There’s no deal until there’s a deal. We’re optimistic but we want to get this thing done,” McCain spokesman Brian Rogers said.
Obama has stated that the debate should proceed because a president needs to be able to handle more than one issue at a time.
“Our election is in 40 days. Our economy is in crisis, and our nation is fighting two wars abroad. The American people deserve to hear directly from myself and Sen. McCain about how we intend to lead our country. The times are too serious to put our campaign on hold, or to ignore the full range of issues that the next president will face.”
At a news conference, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, a Republican, said he expected the presidential debate to go ahead, though he said he had no inside information. “This is going to be a great debate tomorrow night. We’re excited about it,” Barbour said.
Television networks, too, were moving forward. “We’re proceeding as if it’s on and will until someone tells us that it’s not,” ABC spokeswoman Cathie Levine said.

David Letterman blasts McCain

David Letterman was upset and dissappointed in John McCain last night. He was upset because McCain backed out of a Letterman show for political reasons and said he was on his way to Washington well he wasn’t on his way to Washington. He went to another tv show instead. Letterman was so upset that he called in Keith “John McCain’s worst nightmare” Olbermann to fill in. McCain you don’t quit, you use your VP to take over, Letterman said. He questioned where Sarah Palin was and why she wasn’t capable of taking over the campaign. She can’t take over the campaign but she can run the government? Put in Sarah Palin, where is Sarah Palin? Letterman kept calling her the second string quarterback. He basically said this is not the way a hero acts and questions if McCain suspended the campaign because his poll numbers were down.

Give me a break. He is demonstrating his age. He says one thing today and something totally different tomorrow. Give him a glass of lemonade and sit him on the swing in the backyard.
John McCain has made a power play to try and look presidential. For the last week or so the media has said that McCain hasn’t looked presidential but Obama has so what did he do? He is suspending his campaign to go to Washington to help with the disastrous economy. He also doesn’t want to debate Obama on Friday. This is a bunch of bull. Yesterday his focus wasn’t even on the economy, he focused on nothing but energy. Today Washington needs his undivided attention. This all coming from a man was celebrating his birthday while people were drowning during Hurricane Katrina. I think this is all gearing up for him to cancel the Biden/Palin debate on October 2.

John and Cindy McCain have 13 cars according to Newsweek. Sounds like one car per house.
The magazine’s search of public vehicle-registration records found Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, own just one car – a 2008 Ford Escape SUV hybrid.

McCain’s personal car is a 2004 Cadillac STS. Eleven vehicles are registered to Cindy, including a 2001 Honda sedan; a 2007 half-ton Ford pickup; a 2008 Jeep Wrangler; a 2000 Lincoln; a 2001 GMC SUV, and three NEV Gem electric vehicles, which the McCains use to tool around their Sedona, Ariz., ranch.

Cindy’s personal ride is a Lexus registered to her family’s beer distributorship with the vanity license tags “MS BUD.”

McCain drew flak from the United Auto Workers yesterday for daughter Meghan’s foreign-made Toyota Prius and other foreign cars in the family fleet. UAW President Ron Gettelfinger pointed to a McCain boast last year that, “I’ve bought American literally all my life.”

McCain spokesman Brian Rogers said the Arizona senator “was talking about himself personally” when he made that remark. They always have to explain what McCain meant when he said something.

I knew McCain cheated! He had his punch lines prepared..

Rick Warren hosted a debate where McCain was supposed to be in a room, not privy to any of the questions that were being asked of Barack Obama. McCain was to get the same questions during his hour. We now find out that McCain wasn’t locked up, he was actually in a car on the way to the venue. He could have listened in the car, consulted with his campaign and prepared his answers. This is the only excuse for why he had prepared punch lines, why he had stories ready to go for every question. McCain at one point said I hope we get back to the importances of Supreme Court Justices…the only problem was Rick Warren never asked McCain about the justices, he asked Obama in the previous set. Thats when I knew for sure that McCain had been listening in. Throughout the whole question session with McCain he took over, Warren would throw the questions out and McCain would answer with self serving stories and fake prepared statements. Is that really the only way McCain can win? The old fart has to cheat…..Gimme A Break!

Did Cindy McCain take pain medication yesterday when she went to the hospital?
If you haven’t heard somebody shook Mrs. Frail Tail’s hand to hard and now Cindy McPainPills is in a sling.
My thoughts: Keep your ass off the campaign trail if people can’t shake your hand. Thats the reason shes there to meet, greet and look pretty for her husband.
