Singer John Legend has the same problem as many New Yorkers, a slow-selling apartment. His modest two-bedroom apartment in New York City’s East Village has been on the market since late last year.

Legend renovated the unit but is selling because the 1,105-square-foot condo doesn’t offer him enough space. The apartment has a master bedroom suite that includes a walk-in closet, an open kitchen, built-in sound system and more. Legend was originally asking $1.245 million but recently dropped the price to $1.195 million.

John Legend will be going on a North American tour for his album Evolver. The singer will be doing a series of 14 shows in North America starting November 19 at Northrop Auditorium in Minneapolis, MN, and ending on December 13 at the Performing Arts Center in Durham, NC.

It’s cool, refreshing a little more uptempo for John Legend. I don’t think the black Johnny Mathis can move to this groove. Not in his tight European cut pants anyway. That’s gone be funny, watching Legend try to move to this beat. LOL
