How does Barbara Walters have the nerve to say that her affair with a married man wasn’t dirty? Minutes ago on the view she said “their was nothing dirty about it,” how about you ask his ex-wife how she felt about it! She talked around the subject and acted as though it was cute. HE WAS MARRIED BARBARA!!! She is also throwing his name out there 30 years later when he’s re-married. Why you ask?…all to sell a book! Nobody wants to read about her life as we assumed it so she had to spice it up. She plugged the book several times throughout the show.

This man, her ex lover is 88 years old and married to his second wife. Just because she’s still not married is no excuse for her to ruin somebody else’s senior years! She ought to be ashamed of herself. Former U.S. Sen. Edward Brooke declined to comment on the affair. He said the following:
“I have had a lifetime policy and practice of not discussing my personal and private life, or the personal and private lives of others, with the notable exception of what I wrote in my recently published autobiography, `Bridging the Divide: My Life,’” he told The Associated Press. He Ain’t Claiming Her!
In Barbara’s interview with Oprah she talks about if she was in love or not
“I was certainly β I don’t know β I was certainly infatuated.”
“Infatuated.” “I was certainly involved,” Walters says.
“He was exciting. He was brilliant. It was exciting times in Washington.”
