Nucca got a year in jail for violating his probation.

Gucci Mane was sentenced to a year in prison today (November 12) for violating the terms of his probation. The rapper will begin serving his sentence immediately and could be released in as little as six months, according to MTV.com. The news comes as Gucci Mane was promoting his album, ironically titled The State Vs. Radric Davis, on December 8. The album features a Gucci along side a number of high profile artists, including Lil Wayne, Cam’ron, Soulja Boy, OJ Da Juiceman, Waka Flocka, Bun B., E-40, Trina, Nicki Minaj, Keyshia Cole, Plies, Rick Ross and numerous others. Gucci Mane’s legal problems forced him to cancel a series of controversial college appearances at Florida A&M and North Carolina A&T last month. Students on both campuses protested Gucci Mane’s appearance because of his controversial lyrics and alleged gang ties. source

Gucci, Gucci, Gucci. Word is Gucci Mane is locked up for failing a mandatory drug test and missing his probation appointments. He obviously started feeling his self and forgot what being locked up felt like.

Gucci Mane, Radric Davis has been sent back to jail. Prosecutors complained that he failed to complete mandatory community service. Gucci was supposed to serve 600 hours of community service and he only did 25 hours. They also say he violated his probation many times by using alcohol, marijuana and ecstasy. He still hasn’t went to court for his July arrest, where he was charged with DUI, marijuana possession and weapon possession.
He now has to serve a year for his previous assault charge. Negroes be happy as hell to get community service and then they quickly forget what a blessing it was and end up back in jail. Dumb farts!

Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane real name Radric Davis, is locked up this morning in Henry County, Georgia. He was arrested and taken into custody after being pulled over on a routine traffic stop. So far he is being held on DUI, firearm and drug charges. He’s a convicted felon so the firearm charges could get his ass some serious time. He’s supposed to appear in court today.
