The judge told 50’s ex Shaniqua Tompkins she needs to pay back rent to 50. She has been withholding paying rent to 50 Cent since May. When the judge found out she said this to Shaniqua’s lawyer: “She better pay it by the end of the week. Do you understand?” They tried to argue based on the fire and all their losses. They told the judge that they lost everything in the fire. The judge didn’t take sympathy with that excuse. She demanded that $4,500 be paid by Friday. 50 Cent pays $6,700 a month in child support – which includes $4,500 to rent a new place to live.

The judge in 50 Cent’s case against Shaniqua Tompkins ordered that 50 not sell the home that was recently burned to the ground by suspicious fire. He also told 50 to take the insurance check and put it in a trust until their case has been resolved.

50 Cent’s ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins and two of her children, including 50 Cent’s son, were all caught in a horrific fire in 50’s Long Island mansion. Six people in total were take to the hospital. The $1.4 million dollar mansion in Dix Hills, Long Island, was burned to the ground around 5:00 am this morning.
All six of the victims were treated for complications from smoke inhalation and released. A firefighter was also injured and treated for an eye injury.
Authorities are calling the fire suspicious.
