Lil Kim and Faith Evans don’t usually run in the same circles. In fact they are hardly ever at the same events, can’t say the same thing for Diddy’s annual White Party, this past 4th of July. The two bumped into each other and lets just say it wasn’t nice. Bottom line, Little Kim is still pissed about her portrayal in Notorious, the Biggie Biopic.

Faith was there with her husband and Lil Kim was with producer Choke No Joke and to some, this augmented the tension. “It was really heated,” one source said. “It was about to pop off…there was crazy screaming.” According to sources, Faith was saying, “I love you” to Lil Kim and Kim responded with “God bless you.” However, later at the event, Kim asked Faith, “How would you say you love me when you trashed me in your book?” Under anonymity, a source revealed. “We know that [Faith saying 'I love you'] is bulls**t. It wasn’t even about the movie. It hurt Kim that she was being fake.” Actor Dennis Da Menace, who played D-Roc in “Notorious” and Devante Swing of Jodeci fame was able to prevent a potentially violent exchange between Faith’s husband, Todd Russaw, and Choke No Joke. “At first it was cool, but then Dennis had to peace it out,” another source said. I told y’all before if she wasn’t going to talk about Charli and Lil Kim messing with Biggie I wouldn’t be reading it. Well thats exactly what she’s doing. She wrote about Tupac, which I wasn’t feeling cause who goes by their self to pick up a check from a rappers hotel room. Anyway she wrote about a night where she busted Biggie sleeping with Lil Kim. She talks about how she beat Lil Kim’s ass, snatching off her wig and how Lil Kim was butt naked! Faith is finally speaking out and I must say…this part I love. Her book will be released on August 29. It is titled ‘Keep The Faith’ and its supposedly a 368 page tell all memoir about her life and the time she shared with Biggie.
If it’s not going to be a tell all, I don’t want to read it. If she’s not going to fill in the blanks about Lil Kim and Charli Baltimore and their relationships as she saw them, I don’t want to read it. If she doesn’t speak about their relationships with Puff and Biggie and Tupac, whats the point? I don’t want blanket statements or evasiveness either.
This is what she has to say about the book:
“My journey has been complicated on many levels. And since I am always linked to BIG, there are a lot of misconceptions about who I really am,” “BIG never got a chance to tell his story. It’s been left to others to tell it for him. In making the decision to tell my own story, it means that I’ve become one of those who can give insight to who BIG really was. But I can only speak on what he meant to me.”
