Ex-NFL player, Chargers linebacker Steve Foley has settled his lawsuit against a police officer who shot him two years ago. The attack by this off duty cop ended Foley’s football career. Harvey Levine, Foley’s attorney said the financial terms weren’t disclosed under a confidentiality agreement. He also said that he believed both sides were pleased with the outcome. Foley has moved to Houston where he’s taking care of his 11 year old daughter and planning to complete his degree.

Do you think that O.J. will ever tell anybody a different version about what happened the night Nicole Simpson was murdered. Well….another memorabilia dealer that the Juice dealt with has a book coming out. In it he says that O.J. spilled the details of what really happened to Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.

The dealers name is Mike Gilbert and he claims that O.J. smoked pot, took a sleeping pill and was drinking beer when Simpson told him, he didn’t bring a knife to his ex-wife’s apartment on June 12, 1994 — and that, “If she hadn’t opened that door with a knife in her hand … she’d still be alive.”
The dealer also said he helped O.J. avoid the murder charges by telling him how to bloat his hands so they wouldn’t fit in the infamous Isotoners, according to the AP.
Doesn’t that make him an accessory to a crime?
Simpson’s lawyer said that none of the claims are true and that Gilbert is “a delusional drug addict who needs money.”
