DJ Hero is spending an awful lot of money promoting this game picking up two heavyweights in the game, Jay-Z and Eminem.

Mariah Carey is still being asked about her issues with rap star Eminem, which revved up last summer as both artists recorded songs that but the other on blast. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest for his LA radio show, Carey never mentions Slim Shady’s name, but made it clear that her new album “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel” is not full of songs that bash Eminem – and this includes the set’s first single, “Obsessed.”

“If I write a song, called ‘Why Are You So Upset With Me,’ and people are seeing that person in the song, that’s not my problem,” she told Seacrest.

“Eight years ago, maybe I knew that person, kind of, in a very platonic way and yet they’re still using my name in songs in order to boost their career, which I don’t think is working,” she continued. “It’s just obsession. … Anybody who would write a song about somebody and try to say nasty, disgusting things about them eight years later, when they’re married, I’m like, I don’t think so.” source

 Eminem was the victim of a crime Sunday night. Someone broke into his L.A. hotel room and stole thousands of dollars worth of items including a $60K diamond necklace and his personal laptop. Sooooo the big question is, when will his naked pictures pop up? What was on that laptop, pictures popping pills, drug filled orgies???? Only time will tell.

On Sunday night, when Sacha Baron Cohen’s alter-ego Bruno descended from the rafters and landed fanny-first on Eminem’s head, most folks figured that the rapper’s rage was the real deal. Suckers! Not only was Eminem in on the joke, he and Baron Cohen rehearsed it to make sure it would all go according to plan.

Suspicions over the legitimacy of “butt-gate” had been brewing for days, but it wasn’t until a writer for the MTV Movie Awards confessed that we all knew for sure. On his blog, head writer Scott Aukerman wrote that the incident was staged. “They rehearsed it at dress (rehearsal) and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show.” Wow. Let it never be said that Eminem isn’t a team player.

Jay-Z and Eminem performed together at the DJ Hero launch party

Eminem shows his face after the humiliating, ass in his face prank at the MTV Movie Awards. Em and his bodyguards were leaving Travis Barker’s store Fast Life in Los Angeles on June 1.

OMG Eminem was the recipient of a raw ass in his face last night at the MTV Movie Awards, literally.

Sacha Baron Cohen came flying through the air and landed on Em’s face…lmao. Eminem was quite pissed not to mention caught off guard, you can hear him repeating “are you f*cking serious.” Nick Cannon this is what you call karma!

I guess he’ll be boycotting MTV for a minute.
