A man whom prosecutors say is R. Kelly, sitting in a wood-paneled room, trying out his seat alone, miming the motions of sex.
The video shows a girl accepting money from the man before performing oral sex on him. She dances, naked, to a Backstreet Boys song. She urinates. She calls him “Daddy” while they have sex. Later, the man urinates and ejaculates on her.
Kelly looked sad as the tape played, frowning at the screen, tilting his head to one side and resting it on his hand. DIRTY BUTT

R.Kelly’s defense is based on if he has a mole or not.
Tuesday was the first day of testimony, jurors saw police photos that revealed a dark, caterpillar-shaped mole in the middle of Kelly’s lower back. But defense lawyer Sam Adam Jr. told jurors the sex videotape at the center of the case shows a man without a mole.
“Robert Kelly is not on that tape,” Adam said in his opening statement. On the tape, the man’s “back is illuminated, and there is no mole.”
“This case is about child pornography that was created, staged, produced and starred in by Robert Kelly,” said Assistant State’s Attorney Shauna Boliker.
“It will unfold before you, frame by disgusting frame.”
Adam (the defense) outlined a strategy that it’s not Robert Kelly on the tape, and that the girl is not who prosecutors say she is.
The defense asked why the girl isn’t testifying for the prosecution? It’s pretty clear…$$$$$$$$$ I heard rumors that the girls father has an expensive ride, bought and paid for by Kelly. Who’s to say what else is promised or has been paid to the family.
Adam called the alleged victim “a wonderful person,” and noted the girl on the tape receives money. “The woman on that tape, paid with money — she is a prostitute,” Adam said.
Adam also said the alleged victim’s mother will not testify for the prosecution. Again, $$$$$$$. The girl herself could testify for the defense, court documents show.
QUESTION: How would the defense know the girl in the tape is a prostitute if it’s not R.Kelly in the tape?

The tape is disgusting. Wendy’s husband, Kevin Hunter is not a good looking dude and neither is the girl he’s cheating on his wife with, at least Wendy has money. He’s having sex without a condom! He’s an ole dirty butt!!!!… taping his self like he got something to be proud of. Hor-ri-ble, if you want the footage let me know other wise we’ll keep it moving. In Barbara Walters new book “Auditions” she tells how she was a nasty hoe sneaking around with another womans man.
She says she had an affair with former Massachusetts Senator Edward Brooke in the 1970s and it almost ended both their careers. Brooke, the first black member of the U.S. Senate since Reconstruction, was so in love with Walters he told his wife he wanted a divorce. In the book she says at one point her married lover told her that she was the oldest woman he had ever been with, she wanted to say ( but never did )”Oh Yeah? Well you are the blackest man I have ever been with,” Walters says in the book. The wife put an end to the sh.. by threatening to expose them in the media.
