Vince Beane claims he was then “maliciously assaulted and battered by comedian Eddie Griffin who was drunk as a skunk.” He also claims to have been threatened and intimidated by Griffin’s bodyguard, a professional heavyweight boxer named John “J.C.” Clark.
Beane says The Leslie Greif Company asked him to make lodging arrangements “at any cheap 3 star hotel” for Eddie Griffin and his mom. Griffin felt it was an insult, according to the suit, telling Beane, “You are that mutha fu**a who got my momma that f**ked-up ass hotel room” — then Griffin assaulted him.

U.S. Marshals found the man they were looking for in a drug related shooting at Pussy Katt Williams L.A. home. Pussy Katt is from Dayton, Ohio. The Dayton Daily News says that deputies with the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Williams’ distant cousin Robert McGhee on Tuesday after spotting his car parked outside Williams’ Woodland Hills home.
The 31 year-old is charged with allegedly shooting 19 year-old Terry A. Martin Jr. in the chest during a “drug deal gone bad” in Dayton. Martin suffered damage to his spine because of the shooting and is now paralyzed.
McGhee is being held at the Los Angeles County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Dayton and faces charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and two counts of felonious assault.
“McGhee was taken without incident because, I believe, he was surprised that we had tracked him down,” said U.S. Marshals Deputy Ron Carter. “Through interviews we found out he was at a relative’s house.”
Deputy Carter said it is unknown whether Williams was aware McGhee was wanted… Of course he knew!

This is a lesson that a man recently found out as he tried to serve Mike Epps with paperwork in regards to a paternity suit backstage at Kentucky’s Louisville Gardens. As the server was handing the papers over, he claims he was beat down by Mike and some of his boys. The police report says the man suffered an abrasion to the right side of his head and his left eye was swollen shut.

Seems like comedian Dave Chappelle wants to do a follow up to his 2004 block party in Dubai, the largest city in the United Arab Emirates.
?uestlove said he recently spoke to Dave and the comedian wants to add a little tweak.
“Except he wants to spice it up a bit and have us perform with a 60-piece orchestra. He’s just like, ‘Promise me you’re going to rhyme over ‘Star Wars,’ that’s all I want.’”
His wife filed for a divorce after 19 years of marriage. The couple has two children together.
