Rapper Cam’ron is being sued by Pryor Cashman LLP, the lawyers who handled all of his trademark disputes with Jim Jones. You know, who can use the logo, who owns the logo etc. Well the high priced NY firm worked on his case for months and months raking up quite a bill and now they want their money, $43,709.43.

Cam’ron throws Juelz under the bus…

    Category Cam'ron, Juelz

Killa Cam is trying to make a come back and he’s doing strategic publicity rounds. He sat down to do an interview with a fan of his and the whole segment was about him throwing Juelz Santana, his “lil brother” under the bus. He spoke about Juelz having a drug addiction to cough medicine. Before this interview, the public never knew about or suspected this alleged addiction but Cam’ron had no problem putting it all out there for the world to hear. I find it funny because no matter how many interview Juelz and Jimmy had and the countless questions directed to them about Cam’ron, they never got that dirty. They said basic things, business related things, that everyone knew anyway and never went to far with it, like behind the scenes conversations and personal business. Killa didn’t follow those guidelines he got personal, real personal.

    XXL found Cam’ron

    Category Cam'ron, XXL magazine

Call it a comeback. After nearly two years out of the spotlight, the Diplomats’ charismatic founder, Cam’ron, sat down with XXL magazine for his first interview in years.

The cover story features Cam finally speaking on his enigmatic hiatus, Diplomats ownership, being an alleged “paper gangster” and the root of his rifts with Jim Jones and Juelz Santana, among other things. While Dipset loyalists seemingly can’t get over Dipset being a Cam-less crew, Killa appears to have moved on. “…So I understand what the fans are saying,” Cam told XXL executive editor Vanessa Satten, who penned the article. “And it’s kinda messed up. But what you gotta realize is that things can always be fixed behind the scenes. But once a problem gets public, it’s kind of unfixable.”

Juelz opening up about what happened between him and Cam’ron

    Category Cam'ron, Juelz

“I vowed not to say nothing bad about Cam ‘cause I felt like he did a lot for me,” said Juelz. “But as far as him selling me, that s**t just sound stupid. I’m the biggest artist in New York City right now, ain’t came out with an album in three years. He would never sell me. It was bad business, and I had to get out my contract. It’s so crazy to me that he’s still trying to make himself look good.
“It’s obvious what’s going on,” he continued. “You see everybody that’s a part of the movement still together but him.”

Juelz Santana said that he respected Cam’ron’s position as head of The Diplomats, but reiterated that bad business was the reason for his departure from the label, which distributed Juelz’ projects via Def Jam.
“It’s a line between loyalty and stupidity man, bottom line. And it’s gotta be drawn sometimes. So as far as the fans, I hope they understand, that’s the realest quote I could give them.”

    Cam’ron – Crime Pays Preview

    Category Cam'ron, Huddy Combs

Don’t really know what this is about but it gave me flash backs of that video Cam released when he was still trying to figure out his next move. When the fake paparazzi chased him around Jersey… Any way Cam’s not with any of his Dipset crew these days he went back to his roots. He is running with Huddy Combs nowadays. Huddy used to be part of the group Harlem World.
