I just run my mouth to much. I spoke to soon about Lil Mama. At the pre-awards I said she looked normal, regular and she’s doing her best to not have that said about her again.

Usher is the opening act at the BET Awards
“I’m really excited that Usher is opening the show,” BET’s executive vice president Stephen Hill told Billboard. “I’ll give you a little tidbit – Lil’ Wayne is probably closing the show. So, we have a grand opening and grand closing.” Lil Wayne has 3 nominations for “Best Male Hip-Hop Artist;” the “Viewer’s Choice” award for his hit “Lollipop;” and “Best Collaboration” for DJ Khaled’s “I’m So Hood (Remix).” The award show is set to air on June 24.

There will be no soul train awards this year people. Did anybody watch em anyway?Reuters Life is reporting that the Soul Train Music Awards has been cancelled without explanation. Soul Train was due to celebrate its 22nd award show this year, but a spokeswoman for the program said the show would not go ahead as planned. Last year in Pasadena, many of the winners did’nt even bother to attend, including such A-listers as Beyonce Knowles, Mary J. Blige, John Legend and Gnarls Barkley.
