50 Cent is being sued by a South Florida woman who says the Queens rapper posted her homemade porno on the Internet – then dubbed in his own raunchy commentary while wearing a curly wig and a fluffy, purple robe.
Lastonia Leviston filed papers Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court saying she and companion Maurice Murray “videotaped themselves engaging in sexually explicit activities” in June 2008.
Leviston claims she asked Murray to destroy the tape and that he agreed, but he allegedly turned around and “transferred or sold” it to the performer, whose real name is Curtis Jackson.
“Ooh, she grindin’, is she a grinder?” Fitty excitedly squeals while a lingerie-clad Leviston romps on a leather couch with a man whose face is blurred out.
50 Cent – who takes on the Pimpin’ Curly persona in the video – is accused of having posted the 13-minute clip on several Web sites as part of his beef with rival rapper Rick Ross.
He refers to the woman in the X-rated video as a “nasty b—-” and describes her as Ross’ baby mama.
