WTF Teacher Cuts Girls Braids Off in Class

A Milwaukee school teacher cut this little black girls hair off because she was frustrated with her. The girl had beads in her hair and kept playing with it. The teacher lured her to the front of the room and proceeded to cut a braid or a few braids off, threw the hair  in the garbage and then asked the girl”now what you gone tell your moma when you go  home?” Click here to see the lil girl’s account of what happened.
