Shaquille O’Neal Wants Shaunie Out of California Courts

Shaquille O’Neal and his lawyers are trying to get Shaunie O’Neal and her legal proceedings pertaining to their separation & divorce, thrown out of California courts. Shaunie is playing the game now, the game of taking all she can get from her ex. She filed for legal separation because she can’t file for divorce in Cali until she’s been a resident for at least 6 months. Shaq’s team of attorney’s claim that the O’Neals are legal residents of Florida and thats the state that should be handling the divorce. Shaunie, like most money hungry women prefer California courts because spousal awards are substantially larger there.

I’ve been waiting for Shaq’s attorney’s to file this paperwork. Shaunie moved to California out of selfishness, spite and greed. She took her kids out of their Florida home, out of their Florida schools and for what? Whether in Florida or California she’ll be awarded major money for child support and spousal support. Shaq is rich, he’s going to take care of his children, this was just a dirty, selfish move. Think about your kids!

P.S. California needs to do something about these laws so that non-residents aren’t using them as weapons in a nasty breakup.
