His name is Fredrick Richardson and he is being held without bail and charged with voluntary manslaughter. He goes back to court on October 20.
It is also being reported that AJ was walking and talking after the fight. He didn’t even go to the hospital in an ambulance he rode with a friend.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office says that A.J.’s body showed evidence of a physical altercation — and they’re trying to determine the extent of those injuries while also looking to see if there “was another cause of death.” source
