On July 16, 2009 at 11:59 amWhy is Lil Wayne never at the top yet he comes out with the most material and the dopest stuff. At least everyone i have come across likes him a whole lot better then any of the other rappers like jay z. I understand jay z and all the toppers were in the game much longer but that cant be an excuse considering fiddy got top stpot last year with 150m which is a freakin rediculous figure. Just wondering.
