Bethenny From Real Housewives of New York Getting Married
Bethenny Frankel will soon be off the market! The “Real Housewives of New York” star, who has been dating boyfriend Jason Hoppy for the past eight months, plans to get engaged. (How you plan to get engaged, I don’t know) The celebrity chef was seen sporting a diamond ring in Miami on Saturday, sparking rumors that Hoppy, who works in real estate, had already proposed. ”I can confirm Bethenny and Jason are in love and plan on getting married,” her rep said. “So I guess this is the starter ring.” Over “Real Housewives’” two seasons, 38-year-old Frankel has discussed her struggle to balance her burgeoning career and a relationship. The admitted workaholic often worried that she could never “have it all.” But now it seems she can have just that.
“I’m in love,” Frankel revealed at a Hamptons event. “I’m pretty much certain I’m going to spend the rest of my life with him … I’m really happy.” The couple first met at Manhattan nightclub Tenjune and have since taken several vacations together. While the diamond on her finger may not be an engagement ring quite yet, Frankel and Hoppy are definitely on the road to marriage. ”He’s hunting for the ring, but in the meantime this is a place holder or promise ring,” a source told the magazine. It’s a good thing her “Housewives” co-stars approve of her beau as he will be featured on the next season of the Bravo series. ”He’ll be on the show,” Frankel told People.com. “He’s totally cool about it, but not gung-ho about it. He’s not Speidi.” source
