Jay-Z performed tonight for the B.E.T awards and he cut his hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So that means the album is Finito, Finished!!! Hallelujah! He performed with so much enthusiasm. It was crazy!
