Ciara is on the cover of the new Rap-Up Magazine. She’s getting more media coverage, photo shoots, album do-overs and expensive video’s than ever before and she’s still not making records to justify any of it. I’d rather listen to her first album than any of the records she’s released since then. She’s trying though.
