Rihanna did not object to the plea deal, she thought it was fair. She only learned of the deal at 12:30 this afternoon. As part of the deal Chris was issued a Stay Away Order. Rihanna didn’t think this was necessary, she thought the protective order was enough. The stay away order lasts for five years and states that Chris cannot come within 50 yards of Rihanna, if they are at the same event it’s 10 yards for five years. Chris will have options from the probation department Virginia about which jobs he could do to satisfy the 180 days of labor. Rihanna was told by the judge not to contact Chris as it would violate his stay away order. The two are to have no contact. The judge says she would reconsider the terms of the stay away order after Chris is sentenced in August.
