Usher attended the Cartier 100th Anniversary Exhibition and Cocktail at the Cartier Boutique in Beverly Hills, CA. Mr. Raymond was flossing his bare hand again—-no wedding band. Is it in the shop getting some repairs, is he gaining weight and it’s too tight? He’s in another state, for quite some while now recording his new album and he’s not wearing a ring?
