Jay-Z Will Do Five Shows with Special Guest Ciara
Jay-Z returns in 2009 for 5 special shows in Chicago, Las Vegas, Atlanta, and The Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT. Tickets for these events will be available via an exclusive fan pre-sale beginning today, May 13th at 12 noon local venue time.
