First the documentary now this… a judge ruled that Lil Wayne cannot have his gun case thrown out of court. He was arguing that it was an illegal search but his personal assistant backed up the police officer’s claims. If the officer’s smell drugs, they had the right to board and search Wayne’s tour bus. Wayne’s assistant admitted that the rap star’s bus smelled of potent marijuana when cops pulled it over in July 2007.
