Rich Picks: Purchase This London Mansion for $150 Million!
This is one of London’s most prestigious residences, with more than 21,000 sq ft of living space, 20ft ceilings and luxury fittings throughout. It is located in London’s posh Belgrave Square and on the market for £100 million, or about $150 million, tying it with Candy Spelling’s The Manor in Beverly Hills for the title of the world’s most expensive estate (in terms of current listings). The white-stucco mansion has six-floors, 12 bedrooms, 20-ft. ceilings, a basement swimming pool, gym and media room. The property has been gutted and revamped by Lebanese developer Musa Salem, the London Times reports.
