Mary J. Blige will be starring in Tyler Perry’s new film I Can Do Bad All By Myself. The film title alone sounds like something Mary should be in. She will be playing a night club owner who is a singer as well. Taraji P. Henson is also starring in the movie that opens in September.

I’ve only seen her act in two other roles; one was an episode of the ‘Jamie Foxx Show’ and she played a mother in the movie ‘Prison Song’. It was kinda hard to guage her talent from those two small roles, but I’m sure Mary will meet the challenge.
