Cowboy’s Drop Terrell Owens
The Cowboy’s have dropped Terrell Owens. ESPN cited several anonymous sources saying that Owens, the Cowboy’s receiver had been cut, ridding them of a big locker-room distraction but also absorbing a big hit on their salary cap. The team did not immediately have a comment. Owens spokesman said he hadn’t heard the news, and that Terrell was traveling and could not immediately be reached. Owens agent didn’t return calls to comment on the story.
