The female and male worst dressed awards go to none other than Keri “over rated” Hilson and T-Pain. Know one in the industry deserves this more than these two. T-Pain hosted a party in Vegas while Ms. Over rated performed for “Shoes 4 The Homeless event. 
The boots are really killing me.
