It’s not up to Rihanna to press charges against Chris Brown!
So many different sources are reporting that Rihanna doesn’t want to file or press charges against Chris Brown. It’s not up to Rihanna to do anything. The police have the evidence, the police reports are filed and its up to the prosecutors to charge Chris Brown and try him in a court of law. Rihanna has given a statement, pictures have been taken, they don’t even need her anymore. Even if they did, she can be forced to co-operate to a certain degree. Once the police arrive at an incident like this, it’s no longer up to the parties involved. The police make the case and the prosecutor’s try it. The end.
