NeNe Leakes of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” got kicked out of the Duluth gated community she fronted in on the show. The broker for the 5,000-square-foot home said NeNe and her husband, Gregory Leakes, left in November after Winwood Properties filed an eviction notice in September.
The notice, filed Sept. 24 with the Magistrate Court of Gwinnett County, said Greg Leakes owed $6,240 in past due rent. “The tenant said they would move by Sept. 14th because they could no longer afford the house,” the notice said. Range Rovers, going out every night, designer clothes and bags and a popular tv show and she’s evicted! Stop fronting. Its bad enough that they were the first black women to do this show and they represented horribly but now, it was all fake, down to the money…..Real Housewives of Orange County is having a field day with this one! The broker, Pierce said the Leakeses moved into the home shortly after it was built in 2006.
NeNe Leakes, in a series of e-mails Tuesday, would not say where she is living now. “It’s none of your business,” she wrote. But she noted that they “are financial able [sic] and stable to live where ever we feel fits.” (You made it our business when you put your life on television wanting to stir up envy for your lifestyle.)
NeNe, 41, wrote that the eviction notice does not have her name on it, adding “you don’t know my relationship with Greg so be careful what you report!” (We know what you said on tv and that was that he’s your husband and he provides you with a great lifestyle.)
The Duluth home, she wrote in an e-mail late last week, “was a lease purchase corporate deal with Greg & his company. Things didn’t work out between the two of them so they did what they had to do and he did what he had to do.” (The house is in his name not the companies, so its onhis credit…Mr. Real Estate Investor.)
On Tuesday, she wrote, “If we rent, lease purchase or buy, money is still coming out of my pocket. So who’s [sic] business is that??” (If only you paid your bill, it would’ve come out of your pocket.)
Gregory, 54, couldn’t be reached for comment. The TV show called him a real estate investor. The only business the AJC could find under his name in Georgia is called Advantage Move LLC. The phone number listed for Advantage Move has been disconnected. Advantage Move, are you serious? The Housewives show is just like the Flip This House show…Fake! The media found out the characters and the flipping in these fake reality shows were all frauds. Television producers write scripts for these people because they know what will get tv viewers watching. Lisa Wu Hartwell filed bankruptcy in 2007. She’s probably still living off Keith Sweat. Sheree’ didn’t even get the money she’s waiting on “Budget, what’s that” Oh you know what the hell it is..Kim has lost her Sugar Daddy. Eric Snow’s wife is the only one who has money and the way she wastes it, they won’t have it for long.
